Our Impact
Here are some comments from our families:
“Words cannot express enough the overwhelming gratitude we feel for your care and devotion each day at Scribbles and Giggles. You have given our daughter tools for life! Thank you for filling her days with so much learning and fun.”

“Finding out about Scribbles & Giggles was a lifesaver! We started our then 13-month-old special needs daughter at Scribbles shortly after becoming her foster parents. We really had no idea what we were getting ourselves into when deciding to foster, then adopt our darling little girl, but with a lot of help from family, all the caregivers and staff at Scribbles, and numerous specialists, we are now the proud adoptive parents of a happy, well-adjusted, and independent 3-year-old girl. Our daughter also loves everybody there and is always excited to see all her friends at Scribbles. We are so thankful to be a part of the Scribbles Family!”
— Mother of Amelia, 3 yrs
“It's amazing the progress our baby has made since being at Scribbles. We know he is totally comfortable there with all the caregivers. In fact, we have asked on many occasions to have the caregivers babysit him at our home.”
— Mother of Daniel, infant
“Scribbles and Giggles has saved our lives, literally and figuratively. My daughter Brianna was born at a mere 24 weeks, was in the intensive care unit for 4 months, and was only given a 50% chance of survival at birth. She has a myriad of medical problems and developmental delays. Being a single parent of a medically fragile child, there are no options for me except a medical day care. I was blessed to have a hospital staff member tell me about Scribbles, and I began bringing Brianna when she was about 14 months old. It was scary to leave her with others when she had so many life-threatening problems, but the staff at Scribbles was so knowledgeable and comforting that it made it easy.
Brianna had a partial complex seizure in 2006 that would have been undetected in the hands of a regular care giver, but the nurse at Scribbles recognized it immediately, administered the medication, and called 911. Brianna was saved from a prolonged seizure, brain damage, and possibly worse. They saved her life. I could not possibly have made it through all the trials and tribulations of being a single parent of a special needs child without their help and compassion, and am so thankful for the wealth of knowledge that the director has given me. I don't know what I would have done without them.”
— Mother of Brianna, 4 years
“Scribbles and Giggles is so much more than a daycare for us. They are family! We've watched Isaiah blossom in their care. The folks at Scribbles have not only worked on language skills, physical skills, social skills and eating skills they've helped him positive self esteem. I don't know what we'd do without our family at Scribbles.”
— Mother of Isaiah, 5 years
